Refund policy
The following situations may occur in the process of returning an order:
- The order is incorrect or includes defective products
The Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs, and return transportation costs of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the buyer, in accordance with applicable law. In these cases, the return to SHIWEED of the Products may be made on the platform's contact page or via email. In the case of return of defective products or those that do not correspond to the order placed by the buyer, SHIWEED will bear the return shipping costs of the Products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense in the same condition it was sent to receive a full refund. This includes:
- Original packaging
- The box or envelope it came in.
- Any items included in the box (invoice, sample, etc.)
We reserve the right to return a damaged and non-refundable item if the outer packaging is not intact.

Fill out the form with your:
- Email address used for the order.
- Order number (which begins with "#").
- The products you wish to return.
- The reason for the return and any additional comments.

Exchanges are only accepted if there is evidence (image/video) of defective or damaged items.

In the event that the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal of the product for the indicated factors, they will have three (3) natural days from the date of sending their withdrawal request to return the purchased product or products. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw from the purchase, which can be done by contacting us.
Once the withdrawal request is received, SHIWEED will communicate receipt by email.
In the event of the buyer exercising their right of withdrawal, within seven (7) natural days following receipt by SHIWEED of the Buyer's withdrawal notification and after verifying the condition of the returned Product or Products, SHIWEED will proceed to refund the corresponding amounts paid, including delivery costs (unless the Buyer retains any of the Products ordered from SHIWEED or has selected a more expensive delivery method, in which case only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded), deducting the return and transportation costs associated with it, which will be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall in any case be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned goods, resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the aforementioned seven (7) days.
The order must be delivered to the person who placed the order. If you decide that someone else can pick up your order, you are responsible for the condition in which you received it.
